Can I change or cancel my order?
Unfortunately due to the high demand for our quick services, we start processing your order the minute you place it, and will therefore not be able to initiate any cancellations or changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Instantly (Speed, Remember?)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders within the US may take up to a week. We are working on making orders reach within the same day to coup up with our speedy standards, but that’ll be our next step forward.
How do I return an item?
You don’t, our products are that good.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, accepted refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank in around 21 business days.
